the exoskeleton
still not perfect, still not how i wanted it to turn out...but i suppose this is a step. dont know how much more i will have done by tomorrow, but at least im really understanding the powercopying command.
You should have given them thickness before you instantiated all those parts. You should hide all the crap except for the curving members. Then do maybe 5 (or more) screenshots where you move the overall form. It will make a simple but compelling animation.
If you really want them to have thickness you could join the curves from bottom to top and then extrude a small circle along the length. Similar to the rhino pipe tool.
i want to add or give all of the members a thickness now...any ideas from my fellow classmates or professor??
